Please contact us before returning any items so that we can inform you of our return policy and procedures. In general, returns should be addressed to “JustOnDemand Returns.”

All other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) sent to any of the address detailed below will be returned to the sender, as the supplier is not legally permitted to open correspondence that’s not addressed to them.
 

Returns address

For smooth return processing, Printful is automatically listed as the return address for all orders (Printful is the manufacturer. Carolina – JustOnDemand - is the designer). The return address depends on the manufacturing facility it was sent from:

These addresses should only be used for product returns. In general, returns should be addressed to “JustOnDemand Returns.”

When you return a product, ship it back to the address detailed before, and we’ll place it in a temporary returns storage up to 30 days at no cost. JustOnDemand will be notified about the return via email and it will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed or change the shipping address if you wish to have the product reshipped.

By the end of the 30 days period, all unclaimed returns will go to charity.

Please note that:

• When reshipping your order, shipping charges will be applied.

• Any returns that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. However you’ll have to pay for returns due to incorrect sizing or any other return orders with no defects.
